General comments
Floxapen en ander beta-lactam antibiotica worden bij voorkeur continu gegeven (d.w.z. de totale dosis over 24 uur ) . Indien er gekozen wordt voor continue toediening dan wel altijd oplaad dosis , waarna pomp na inlopen van de oplaad dosis wordt aangesloten.
