clindamycine iv 600mg 3dd minimum 10 to 14 days

General comments

Overweeg toevoegen van iv immunoglobuline (IVIG); dosis 1 g/kg in 1 gift, zo nodig vervolgen met dag 2-3: 500 mg/kg

Bij groep A streptokokken: Meldingsplichtige ziekte groep B2, profylaxe aan huishoudcontacten bij STSS
