General comments
Vóór start therapie:
- Botkweek of diepe wondkweek
- Bloedkweken (bij S. aureus bacteriemie, volg het S. aureus bacteriemie protocol inclusief langere IV therapieduur)
Totale therapieduur 6 weken
Na 1 week evaluatie van IV therapie met arts-microbioloog of internist-infectioloog of reeds naar oraal kan worden geswitcht.
