Neem bloedkweek af voor start antibiotica. Bij positieve bloedkweek met S. aureus volg S. aureus protocol
Na 1 week evaluatie van iv behandeling met arts-microbioloog en/of internist-infectioloog om eventueel te switchen naar oraal regime.
