Indien per se behandeling p/o dan amoxicilline + clavulaanzuur

clindamycine iv 600mg 3dd 14 days
Remarks:

Bij B-lactam allergie

Eventueel naar per os.

General comments

  • Cefuroxim en ander beta-lactam antibiotica worden bij voorkeur continu gegeven (d.w.z. de totale dosis over 24 uur ) . Indien er gekozen wordt voor continue toediening dan wel altijd oplaad dosis , waarna pomp na inlopen van de oplaad dosis wordt aangesloten.
  • Behandeling primair chirurgisch.
  • Kweek van ulcusbodem na goed reinigen.
  • Indien kweken bekend op basis hiervan keuze bepalen in overleg met arts-microbioloog.
  • Cave osteomyelitis
