General comments
Uiteindelijke duur en aanpassing therapie ogv kweken en vastgesteld focus.
Gentamicine in principe gedurende 48u (doseren op ideaal lichaamsgewicht, maximaal 400 mg/dag). Indien de verwekker na 2 doseringen gentamicine nog niet bekend is, en er nog steeds een indicatie voor bestaat, dient de dosering aangepast te worden obv dalspiegel bepalingen (overleg met arts-microbioloog of A-team).
