General comments
Bij falen van de 1e eradicatiepoging (met 14 dagen therapieduur) idealiter het 2e regime baseren op resistentiebepaling
Continueer aansluitend aan de eradicatiekuur de PPI 1dd gedurende 4 weken.
De (NHG) werkgroep heeft een voorkeur om esomeprazol als PPI te adviseren bij een eradicatiebehandeling, omdat bij esomeprazol geen effect van CYP2C19-variaties op het eradicatiepercentage wordt gevonden.
Bismuth is in Nederland niet meer geregistreerd
