	Medication: claritromycine po 500mg 2dd 14 days + metronidazol po 500mg 3dd 14 days	Remarks: + protonpompremmer po 2dd (bijv. pantoprazol 2 dd 40 mg p.o.)

Indications: 2e eradicatiepoging, indien geen resistentie beschikbaar is

Indications: 2e eradicatiepoing, indien resistentiebepaling beschikbaar is

	Medication: amoxicilline po 1000mg 3dd 14 days tetracycline po 500mg 4dd 14 days claritromycine po 500mg 2dd 14 days metronidazol po 500mg 3dd 14 days levofloxacine po 500mg 1dd 14 days	Remarks: Kies een combinatie van twee gevoelig geteste antibiotica + protonpompremmer po 2dd (bijv. pantoprazol 2 dd 40 mg p.o.)

Bij falen van de 1e eradicatiepoging (met 14 dagen therapieduur) idealiter het 2e regime baseren op resistentiebepaling

Continueer aansluitend aan de eradicatiekuur de PPI 1dd gedurende 4 weken
