General comments

Bij pO2 < 8 kPa (70 mmHg) antibiotica i.v. geven en prednison volgens schema:

- Dag 1-5: 2 dd 40 mg

- Dag 6-10: 2 dd 20 mg

- Dag 11-14: 1 dd 20 mg

Secundaire profylaxe: co-trimoxazol 1 dd 480 mg of dapson 1 dd 100 mg of pentamidine vernevelen 1x/maand 300 mg
