General comments
Het is belangrijk om voor start van de therapie een sputumkweek in te sturen
Bij antibiotische keuze rekening houden met kolonisatie/eerdere kweken.
Alléén bij massale aspiratie overwegen om metronidazol toe te voegen.
Bij HAP op ICU obv Pseudomonas aeruginosa, zie: Antibiotica op de ICU (alleen te openen vanuit OLVG)
