Remarks:

langer als noodzakelijk bij jonge, kleine cysten.

Dosering Albendazol kinderen: 7,5 mg/kg (max. 400 mg) 2dd.

Indications: Echinococcus multilocularis, Echinococcus vogeli, Echinococcus oligarthus

General comments

Ziektebeeld: Levercyste, cholangitis, cysten in longen en andere organen.

Patiënt verwijzen voor behandeling i.o.m. expertise tropencentrum AMC.

Echinococcus granulosus: Indien mogelijk: operatie of PAIR (punctureaspirationinjectionreaspiration). Starten ten minste 6 weken voor tot en met 6 maanden na de ingreep
