Indications: Geen profylaxe indien een van onderstaande:

		Remarks: Plaatsen IUD en maken HSG Behandel voorafgaand de ingreep een aangetoonde infectie N.gonorrhoeae en Chlamydia. Bij patienten met verhoogd risico en geen SOA test tevoren: 1 g azitromycine of uitstellen ingreep.

		Remarks: Fertiliteitsoperatie aan tuba Bij inleiding indien nog geen eerdere behandeling: cefazoline + metronidazol

		Remarks: EUG
		Remarks: IUD in situ, met cytologie-uitslag voor Actinomyces
		Remarks: Bij feritiliteitsoperatie aan de tuba Bij inleiding indien nog geen eerdere behandeling: ceftriaxon metronidazol

General comments

NB bij BMI > 40 dosering cefazoline aanpassen naar 3 gram
