	Medication: ciprofloxacine po 500mg 2dd	Remarks: secundaire profylaxe

		Remarks: geen profylaxe: endoscopische poliepectomie ERCP tenzij verdenking cholangitis en onvolledige drainage
	Medication: cefazoline iv 2g one-off + metronidazol iv 500mg one-off	Remarks: plaatsing PEG-sonde
