General comments
Geef tetanusprofylaxe bij dierenbeten én als de patiënt niet of onvolledig is gevaccineerd tegen tetanus of als er sprake is van een verminderde afweer: onder andere onbehandelde hiv-infectie, transplantatie (orgaan/stamcel/beenmerg) in verleden, (hematologische) maligniteit, asplenie, multipele sclerose, medicatie (immunosuppressiva, (soms tot een jaar na gebruik van) cytostatica).
