Behandelduur in overleg met arts-microbioloog of infectioloog en afhankelijk van kliniek, drainage en verwekker(s). Over het algemeen 2 - 6 weken
Cefuroxim bij voorkeur continue doseren (oplaaddosis 1500 mg, vervolgens 4500 mg per 24u continu)
