General comments
Behandeling geindiceerd bij:
- kort bestaande ziekte
- immuungecompromitteerden
- ernstige infecties
- nervus ophthalmicus
- meerdere dermatomen.
Gebied nervus ophthalmicus: start bij voorkeur iv.
Bij multidermale zoster dermatitis / cellulaire immuundeficientie iv behandeling, in dat geval behandelduur tot 7 dagen na het indrogen van de laatste laesie.
