General comments
Risicofactoren gonorroe:
- bij een grote kans op gonorroe: purulente afscheiding uit de penis, contact met bewezen gonorroe patiënt
Cave Trichomonas vaginalis infectie; in dat geval eenmalig metronidazol po 2 g toevoegen.
Partnerwaarschuwing: 4-6 wk voor aanvang klachten.
Bij onbegrepen NSU recidieven: verwijzing uroloog.
