Algemene opmerkingen
Vóór start therapie 3 setjes bloedkweken (10 ml) afnemen, bij voorkeur met een tussenpoos van 30 minuten.
Uitsluitend starten in overleg met de infectioloog, arts-microbioloog en cardioloog (E-team).
In plaats van amoxicilline 2g 6dd kan ook amoxicilline 12g continu per 24 uur worden gegeven.
